Vendor FAQ

To sell on KB-India: Customer Satisfaction is Our Only Policy

  1. Register yourself as a vendor  and complete your profile. Login into Vendor’s Dashboard.
  2. List your products under specific product categories. Products will be reviewed by admin before they can be approved. You choose your own price.
  3. Once an order is received, pack the product and mark it as ‘Processed’. Our logistics partner will pick up the product and deliver it to the customer.
  4. Once an order is successfully dispatched, KB-India will settle your payment within 7-14 business days.
  5. Seller/Vendor can track their sale reports through their own dashboard.
  6. Any dispute/returns must be handled by the vendor in an amicable fashion.
  7. All vendors must ensure excellent quality of their product and must be committed to customer satisfaction.


We are committed to fast and hassle free payments to our sellers. Sellers get paid within the next 7-10 business days from the date of order dispatch. You decide the price of your products and we charge you a small fee on the successful orders you make.

All vendors are required to furnish the following information before payments can be settled.

  1. Vendor’s Proof of Address (utility bill, Adhar Card etc)
  2. Vendor’s PAN card and TIN Number
  3. Vendors Bank Account Details (Alternatively, we can settle payments to vendor through PayTm, additional fees may apply).
